School-based care with the Oahu Behavioral Health Team.
Work directly with students in the classroom per service plan.
Build relationships with clients and school teams; respect families.
Apply behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers.
Document interventions and progress toward goals.

🎯 Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 credits incl Math100 & Eng100 OR HS Diploma/GED with ParaPro.
No experience required.
Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam to become an RBT.
