Behavior Technician Academy (RBT)

📋 Description

• Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan.
• Establish relationships with clients, families, and preschool staff.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collect progress data.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior plan.
• Provide training and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• No experience necessary.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam.
• 40+ hour paid training program to become RBT.
