Behavior Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy for skill growth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with a BCBA.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and clinicians to generalize skills.
• Lead BTs, ABA assistants, and supervisors in care delivery.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and maintain compliant documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• High School or equivalent; Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided).
• Ability to travel between client sites within 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
