  • Partner with customers to understand goals and desired outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-5 years' relevant SaaS experience; 2+ yrs in B2B CS/Consulting/PM/AM.
  • Experience with large international customers.
  • Experience in change and project management.
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a bonus.
  • Strong relationship skills with strategic consulting and curiosity.
  • Ability to manage onboarding portfolios across multiple customers.
