Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics for lab stakeholders
Translate laboratory questions into data requirements and analytical solutions
Validate data accuracy across Beaker, Clarity, Caboodle, and downstream systems
Identify opportunities to use data and automation to improve workflows
Support turnaround time optimization, workload balancing, and quality monitoring

🎯 Requirements

Experience with Epic Beaker LIS
Strong SQL and data visualization skills
Proficiency with Radar, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer
Experience with Clarity and Caboodle
Ability to translate business questions into data requirements
Data governance and analytics documentation
