  • Lead and coach a BDR team of 1–5, driving KPIs and outcomes.
  • Own BDR productivity, pipeline quality, SLA compliance, and AE handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B sales/BDR; 1–2 years in lead/enterprise BDR a plus.
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding SaaS/tech pipeline targets.
  • Experience coaching juniors; people management a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Hospitality industry experience or ICP knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Gong, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Navigator; strong comms.
