- 3β5 years in B2B sales/BDR; 1β2 years in lead/enterprise BDR a plus.
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding SaaS/tech pipeline targets.
- Experience coaching juniors; people management a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Hospitality industry experience or ICP knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Gong, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Navigator; strong comms.
