  • 1-4 years BDR/SDR or outbound lead generation experience.
  • Strong phone-first outbound mindset; comfortable 50+ calls/day.
  • Experience running digital outbound sequences (LinkedIn, emails).
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with competitive energy and growth into a closing role.
  • Must be located in US and able to work PST hours.
