🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience in aerospace
  • 5+ years of direct BD or sales experience
  • Full lifecycle BD: lead generation, discovery, capture, proposals
  • Proven track record with complex external relationships
  • Strong interpersonal communication across all levels
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce with tech experience
  • U.S. Person status due to ITAR/EAR
