π― Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in aerospace
- 5+ years of direct BD or sales experience
- Full lifecycle BD: lead generation, discovery, capture, proposals
- Proven track record with complex external relationships
- Strong interpersonal communication across all levels
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce with tech experience
- U.S. Person status due to ITAR/EAR
