As a BCBA, lead ABA programming and client progress through individualized treatment.
Conduct assessments and evaluate skill and behavior data.
Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Create, oversee, and adjust behaviour intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide supervision and training to ABA staff.
Maintain required documentation and ensure clinical quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

Active BCBA certification and NJ licensure required
Strong applied ABA experience
Experience in treatment planning and goal development
Ability to supervise clinical teams and implement behavior plans effectively
