As a BCBA, you will lead ABA programming and support client progress through individualized treatment.
Conduct assessments and evaluate skill and behavior data
Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Create, oversee, and adjust behaviour intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide supervision and training to ABA staff
Maintain required documentation and ensure clinical quality standards

🎯 Requirements

Active BCBA certification and applicable New Jersey licensure (required)
Strong applied ABA experience
Experience in treatment planning and goal development
Ability to supervise clinical teams and implement behavior plans effectively
