This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking to influence our platform's direction while handling billions of consumer interactions monthly. You will be responsible for setting technical standards, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring our backend systems can scale to meet future business demands.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide technical feasibility input.

The must have skills that matter:
-8+ Backend development experience with proven track record of building large-scale systems
-Experience with database technologies at scale (MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
-Proficiency in message queues and streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS)
-Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native development patterns
-Proven experience designing large-scale, distributed systems architecture
