🎯 Requirements
- A current PA RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
