- Provide initial 4-6 weeks of skilled home nursing care.
- Work with Clinical Managers to meet each client care plan.
- Deliver one-on-one nursing attention at homes of clients.
- Travel to clients homes for full 12-hour shifts.
- Paired with a new admission client for about 1-1.5 months.
🎯 Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Nursing license in good standing.
- CPR Certified.
- Willingness to work across Passaic, Bergen, and Hudson counties.
- One year of RN experience.
- Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
- Pediatric or infant care experience.
