Join BAYADA's skilled nursing team to help patients transition home from hospital.
Provide initial 4-6 weeks of one-on-one skilled nursing care.
Travel to clients' homes across Passaic, Bergen, and Hudson counties.
Traditional 12-hour shifts with one client per shift.
Work with Clinical Managers to meet care plans and document orders.
Paid one-to-one training provided.

🎯 Requirements

Valid New Jersey nursing license in good standing; CPR certified.
Willingness to work across Passaic, Bergen, and Hudson counties.
Willingness to care for all ages; infant through geriatric.
One year RN experience; hands-on tracheostomy/ventilator.
Pediatric or infant care experience.
Commitment to at least two 12-hour shifts per week and one weekend per month.
