This Hospice Spiritual Counselor position serves visits in Lebanon, MO, and surrounding areas.
Member of hospice care team providing assessments, education and symptom management for end-of-life care.
Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and family members.
Develop and adhere to the client's spiritual care plan.
Complete documentation accurately and timely.
Participate in bereavement services to family, referral sources, and the community.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Counseling preferred.
One year of spiritual counseling experience in healthcare (hospice/palliative care).
Ordination/endorsement preferred, or demonstrated spiritual leadership.
Must be willing to travel within service area.
