Develop and adhere to the client's spiritual care plan.
Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families.
Complete documentation accurately and timely.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must demonstrate an appropriate attitude.
Participate in bereavement services to family, referral sources, and the community.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or master's in counseling or approved divinity school
1+ year spiritual care in healthcare (hospice/palliative preferred)
Ordination or endorsement by a faith org preferred
Travel required

Base pay: $30-$32/hour, negotiable
