Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

🎯 Requirements

BCBA in good standing with the BACB
Hawaii state LBA license (must be obtained before start date)
Experience in ABA services with strong professional references
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including tech proficiency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Passion for professional growth and advancement
