Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Lead group trainings and supervision sessions
Uphold BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
Foster a culture of compassion, excellence, and reliability for clients and staff

🎯 Requirements

BCBA in good standing with BACB
Hawaii LBA license (must be obtained before start)
Experience in ABA with strong references
Excellent communication and organizational skills, tech-savvy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Passion for growth and advancement
