At BAYADA, you’ll provide 1:1 home care for children in Winston-Salem and nearby communities. With flexible schedules, weekly pay, and hands-on clinical support, you’ll deliver compassionate care in a rewarding, family-centered setting.

- 💥 Retention Bonuses: Up to $5,000 for days & up to $10,000 for nights
- 🏃🏻 Fast Track Bonuses
- 💰 $28–36/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
- 📅 Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum three shifts/month)
- ⏰ Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 🏡 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- 🚫 No Weekend Requirement

- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
