RN Nurse Manager, Skilled Nursing

📋 Description

• Education of clinical staff, including oversight of nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff in delivering client care and policy adherence.
• Visiting clients in their homes and supervising field clinicians.
• Accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff.
• Assisting with in-home client assessments and completing the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.
• Combination of working with patients and office staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently licensed RN in MO in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years RN/LPN experience, preferably in home health.
• At least one year experience in nursing management or pediatric nursing.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
