Visit adult and pediatric skilled nursing clients and conduct assessments in Hudson & Bergen Counties.
Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

🎯 Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
Supervisory experience (preferred).
Homecare experience is a PLUS!
Trach/vent experience or interest in learning!
