BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Tinton FallsAssistive Care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout the larger Monmouth County.

As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!
- Lead, inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in Monmouth County.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non-clinical staff in the homes.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, then a Nurse Supervisor position could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Homecare experience a plus.

Salary: $90,000- $95,000/ year depending on qualification
