Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation.
Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

🎯 Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of RN experience.
Supervisory experience (preferred)
Homecare experience is a PLUS!
Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
