RN Clinical Manager, Pediatrics

📋 Description

• Educate clinical staff; oversee nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff delivering client care while ensuring policy adherence.
• Visit clients in their homes and supervise field clinicians.
• Oversee internal case management and staff development.
• Assist in-home assessments and care planning with clinical insight.
• Work with patients and office staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently licensed RN in MN in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years RN or LPN experience (home care preferred).
• At least 1 year in nursing management or pediatric nursing.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
• Trach/vent/tube experience in home health setting preferred.
