🎯 Requirements
- MN RN license in good standing
- 3+ years hands-on RN or LPN, home care preferred
- 1+ year nursing management or pediatric nursing
- BSN/MSN preferred
- Child Abuse Clearance where applicable
- Trach/vent experience in home health preferred
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Supervisory experience with field staff and QA/case management preferred
- Ability to work independently with diverse responsibilities
- Desire to grow and advance
