- Lead and educate clinical staff, including nurse residency program oversight.

🎯 Requirements
- Must be currently licensed RN in MN in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on RN or LPN experience (home care preferred).
- At least 1 year experience in nursing management or pediatric nursing.
- Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
- Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, organizational skills; supervisory experience with field staff.
