🎯 Requirements
- Must be RN licensed in MN in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years RN or LPN experience (home care preferred).
- At least 1 year in nursing management or pediatric nursing.
- BSN/MSN preferred.
- Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
- Trach/vent/tube experience in home health preferred.
- Strong assessment and organizational skills.
- Prior supervisory experience with field staff and clinical oversight preferred.
