RN Clinical Manager, Home Health

📋 Description

• Direct and coordinate care by a multi-disciplinary home health team.
• Process incoming referrals for the Medicare-certified Lebanon, MO office.
• Manage and mentor Clinical Associates and field staff.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of field staff.
• Review OASIS and HCHB documentation; monitor QA and process improvements.
• Manage staff productivity, workflow, and overall case management.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in MO.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• Strong people management and prior management experience.
