- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and CMS/regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and administrative teams to support seamless patient transitions
🎯 Requirements
- RN with a valid state license (required)
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Prior experience in clinical supervision or nurse management a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
- Trach/vent experience or interest in learning
