Registered Nurse-Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Perform skilled home health visits per care plan.
• Travel within designated Lebanon County territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR with accuracy.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and PPE guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA license as Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program (transcripts/diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
