Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician Academy (School Based)

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior plan.
• Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help students gain skills.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to pursue (paid by BAYADA).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus.
• AA/BA or 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 or ParaPro Praxis.
