At BAYADA, the Client Services Associate is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle. BAYADA Recruiting Coordinators are expected to act as brand ambassadors and to partner with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers, while providing our candidates a best in class candidate experience. The Recruiting Coordinator is also expected to provide consultation to internal customers on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition.
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will:
- Maintain and support staffing needs of the office
- Develop and retain relationships with candidates and referrals
- Process employment inquiries and full cycle recruitment
- Collaborateand develop job postings withmanagement team
- Coordinate in-services, training, and direct report for new hires
- Collaboratein strategicinitiatives to drive recruitment efforts and utilize various tools to source candidates
- Identify and screen applicablecandidates and conduct both scheduled and walk-in interviews
- Proactivelyidentify and recruit passive job seekers
- Promote and foster ongoing partnership with directors, office staff and field employees
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills required
- Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision

Base Salary: $50,000- $54,000 / year depending on qualifications
