Partner with an experienced home health PT to support patient care
Assist clients in achieving physical wellbeing with treatments and PT-directed education
Implement individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training
Educate clients, families, and caregivers in rehabilitation activities to promote health and independence
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Two years of PTA experience and a proficiency exam
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
