Physical Therapist (PT), Per Diem Weekends, Home Health

📋 Description

• Visit clients in their homes to aid recovery after injury, illness, or surgery.
• Orthopedic-focused PT visits in Lebanon, MO and nearby areas.
• Assess mobility, ROM, transfers, balance, strength and safety.
• Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Develop and adjust care plans with manual therapy, gait and balance training.
• Document observations and interventions on a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current PT license.
• One year clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience welcomed, but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
