📋 Description

• Visit clients in their homes in designated territories.
• Focus on orthopedic patient visits.
• Assess mobility, ROM, strength, balance, safety.
• Implement wound care with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and revise individualized PT care plans.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current PT license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Home health care experience welcomed; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
