Physical Therapist (PT), Per Diem, Weekends, Home Health

📋 Description

• Visit home health clients in designated territories to aid recovery.
• Focus on orthopedic patient visits in the home.
• Perform diagnostics: ROM, mobility, strength, balance, safety.
• Implement wound care and evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and revise care plans, manual therapy, gait and balance training.
• Educate clients and families; document care on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current PT license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
