Implement protective interventions to prevent wounds and promote healing.
Develop and implement individualized care plans (manual therapy, gait training).
Continually assess and revise PT care plans; coordinate with nursing.
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care and safety.

🎯 Requirements

Current North Carolina PT license.
Minimum 1 year PT experience.
Graduate of APTA/CAAHEA approved program.
Ability to work independently; manage time.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience.
