Perform diagnostic tests and measurements including mobility, ROM, strength, and safety
Develop care plans with manual therapy, gait training, balance, and interventions
Implement wound-prevention care with evidence-based dressings and therapies
Continually assess and revise PT care plan
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care for safety and independence
Document observations and interventions in EMR using a touch-pad tablet

🎯 Requirements

A current Arizona PT license
Graduation from an APTA-approved program or AMA accreditation, with transcript/diploma
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
