Implement protective skin interventions to prevent wounds and promote healing.
Continuously assess and revise PT care plans.
Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care to promote independence.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations on a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Active VT PT license.
Graduate from APTA-approved PT program.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
