📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in Atlantic County.
• Perform meds administration, wound care, treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Document orders and care using a tablet EMR.
• Conduct client assessments and coordinate care.

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
