Outpatient Physical Therapist

📋 Description

• Make outpatient visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostics: mobility/ROM, stability, gait, strength, endurance, balance, safety.
• Develop and implement individualized PT care plans including manual therapy, gait training, balance.
• Assess and revise PT care plans; coordinate with nursing in the multidisciplinary team plan.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a tablet EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Current VA PT license.
• APTA-approved PT program graduation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
