Outpatient Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Perform outpatient therapy evaluations to develop a plan of care.
• Provide care at top of licensure using evidence-based approaches.
• Work with home health partners to transition care to outpatient services.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on care plans to maximize independence.
• Document treatments and discharge planning using the outpatient EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• A current VA Occupational Therapist license.
• One year of recent OT experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
