Provide hospice nursing in patients' homes.
Visit clients in their homes; administer meds, wound care, treatments.
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow doctors' orders; document accordingly.
Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.
Travel locally to cases as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current RN license.
One year of clinical experience preferred.
Hospice experience welcomed, but not required; training provided.
Ability to travel locally to cases.
