📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Evaluate patients' functional status (muscle function, endurance, vision, ADL/IADL).
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Educate patients and families; document observations and interventions.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by AMA and AOTA.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; problem-solving.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
