Occupational Therapist (OT)

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor performance; develop plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and barriers.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in EMR on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Missouri OT license.
• Minimum one year OT experience.
• Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA (transcript/diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally to cases.
