Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
Territory includes Denver, Aurora, Parker, Castle Rock, Littleton, Lakewood, Golden.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

Current Colorado LPN license.
Minimum one year of recent LPN experience.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Prior home care experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
