IDD Support Specialist – Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support in home/community as companion, mentor, advocate.
• Help individuals with IDD reach their potential.
• Personal care: dressing and grooming.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Assist with daily tasks, including meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (autism, Down syndrome).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Part-time availability (weekdays/weekends).
