Follow a designated care plan according to patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary

🎯 Requirements

Current NJ RN license
1+ year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Home care experience preferred, not required
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills
