🎯 Requirements
- Active LPN license in New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
- Willingness to travel to all five NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx
- Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset
