Daytime schedule; driving between multiple homes daily.
Work with a multidisciplinary team delivering rehab and skilled nursing at home.
Perform ADLs, ROM, transfers, and medication assistance.
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care; light housekeeping and home tasks.
Must be a licensed CNA in South Carolina.

Licensed CNA in South Carolina.
Daytime schedule; travel between homes.
At least one year of work experience.
Active on SC Nurse Aide Registry.
Read, write, and speak English.
Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
Criminal background check required.
Meet all state requirements.
